LATTERIA SORESINA is the world's biggest producer of Grana Padano with 500,000 cheese wheels per year. With export activity in more than 60 countries and a turnover reaching 330 million euros, the historic co-operative from Cremona, famous since 1900 for its dairy products such as Provolone, Grana Padano, and Parmigiano Reggiano, is an example of a perfect balance between tradition, experience and innovation.
It co-operates 220 members and first exported to America in 1925. Over the last 10 years it has tripled its turnover and has quadrupled its sales over the last 8 years. It employs 530 staff.
Since 1962 CLAI sca has been specialized in the vertical production of fresh pork and beef and it is the second largest producer of Italian sausage in Italy with a turnover of 230 million euros. It possesses 3 factories (Imola, Faenza, Parma), co-operates 256 members and exports more than 600 cured meat product items worldwide.
With the experience of the past and the most up-to-date production structures, CLAI sca offers high quality Italian cured meat products from 100% Italian pork and beef, gluten-free and lactose-free.
Since its establishment in 1899, the history of MUTTI spa can be summarized in one sentence: Passion for tomato only. The passion of the Mutti family to offer innovative products from 100% Italian fresh tomatoes has driven MUTTI to become one of the top Italian tomato brands in terms of quality and innovation.
By investing only in its name, in vertically integrated plants (from cultivation to final tomato processing and standardization) and high product quality, it saw its sales rising from 11 million in 1995 to 185 million euros in 2011.
KEN FOODS has been specialized for 40 years in the production of cream (UHT and pasteurized), desserts and butter for professional use in foodservice and confectionery.
Its expertise is based on continuous research and development, innovation and flexibility. It has successfully established exports activity to Europe, Asia, America and Africa as a credible professional creams producer.
With more than 80 years of experience in ripening, cutting and packaging cheese products, Vergeer Holland has become one of Europe's largest dairy packers.
It has facilities in Reeuwijk, Woerden and Bodegraven, and has advanced technological packaging capabilities and flexibility that enables it to meet both the needs of packaged cheese for Retail, Foodservice and industry.
The Latte Montagna Alto Adige Soc.Agr.Coop. consists of 2,600 milk producers. In its two factories,
it processes 200 million kilograms of milk each year to produce Mascarpone and other dairy products, making it one of the largest industries in Italy and one of the world's largest Mascarpone producers with an annual turnover of 200 million euros.
Hijos de Salvador Rodriguez was founded in 1947 and is one of the largest producers of Spanish dairy products (Iberico, Zamorano, etc.).
It produces annually 10 million kg of Spanish cheese, which exports under the trade name EL PASTOR in Europe, America, Africa and Asia.

Variety of Rice

Since 1933 Riseria Campanini S.R.L. has been selecting the best varieties of rice from traditional rice-growing areas in Northern Italy and more specifically from the regions of Lombardy, Veneto and Emilia.

Unique Processing

Riseria Campanini S.R.L stands out from its other similar companies as the raw material, paddy rice, is stored in a system of small silos so that the rice produced in every single farm can be processed separately from all the other batches. This results in homogeneous cooking of the final product.

Traditional Method

Processing of the rice follows past traditional methods, without any chemical treatment and according to the most modern controls and always in full compliance with HACCP rules on food production. This guarantees a natural, safe product that preserves all of its organoleptic characteristics. Riseria Campanini S.R.L. is certified by IFS, BIO and certified by KOSHER.
