Riseria Campanini S.R.L stands out from its other similar companies as the raw material, paddy rice, is stored in a system of small silos so that the rice produced in every single farm can be processed separately from all the other batches. This results in homogeneous cooking of the final product.
Processing of the rice follows past traditional methods, without any chemical treatment and according to the most modern controls and always in full compliance with HACCP rules on food production. This guarantees a natural, safe product that preserves all of its organoleptic characteristics. Riseria Campanini S.R.L. is certified by IFS, BIO and certified by KOSHER.

The purpose of IL TARTUFO DI PAOLO, a new and ambitious family company based in the heart of Umbria, is to discover, daily collect in the traditional way and offer the best fresh white and black truffles with the right ripening and fragrance and a wide range of truffle based gastronomic specialties. For this reason, the quality of the truffle products and their freshness is always personally guaranteed by the owner of company Giampaolo Menichini.
Thanks to improved production capabilities, the company is internationally certified by IFS and BRC and accredited for export to the US through the FDA registration. Finally, its export activity targets large-scale retail in Europe and non-EU countries.
